This soft pink kimono goes from light to dark toward the hem and has a subtle, yet elegant border of colorful mountain peaks. The background weave of small dots gives added interest. The mountains are painted in aqua, purple and further embellished with gold paint and gold metallic cross-stitching. It has one mon (crest) on the center back in a lotus (hasu) motif. The lower silk lining is detached and has origami cranes in the weave. This same fabric is found in sleeve openings.
This kimono shows some moisture spotting on the upper front panels. There are a few light spots on the lower lining.
