.This older kimono is made of very fine silk with a luxurious soft and silky feel. The overall pattern is a mottled combination of grey, dusty blue, and dark mauve. The stylized flowers--possibly lilies--are gold, light mauve and dusty blue with a bit of gold metallic painted outline.
The silk lining is pink at the hem and sleeve openings. The upper light-colored lining has some discoloration, as is common with vintage silk.
