The patterned portion of this obi measures 6 feet; 3 feet of which is folded. The remaining 4.5 feet are folded and not patterned. The motif of large pink, metallic silver and metallic gold mums creates a fresh, vibrant look on a background of white and silver. We believe this fabric to be silk.
The white silk is somewhat dingy from age and use. There are no real stains or other damage.
