This unusual kokeshi doll has traditional features and measures 6.5 inches. She has a an oblong-shaped head, long nose and close eyes. Her head is wider than her columnal body. The body is adorned with painted rings of red, green and purple. The wood is a medium color with dramatic woodgrain patterns showing through, especially on the head.
