This creative kokeshi doll measures 10" in height. It appears to be an older example with a dark, warm patina. The round head sits atop a body with natural bark and a cut out for the painted scene. The scene mountain and scene features a water wheel. It is signed on the side.
This piece may have had a base at one time. There are signs of wear and age to the finish and paint.
